1. Introduction

Welcome to CLICQ ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including brand strategy, web design, development, and consulting services.

2. Services

2.1 Discovery Calls

• Discovery Calls are 30-minute paid consultations priced at £100
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Discovery Call fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Discovery Call Cancellations

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; rescheduling at our discretion
• No-show: No refund

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the Client. We retain the right to use deliverables in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
